However, when you get into a fight with a friend it can be the worst thing ever sometimes. Here are some tips to help you deal with confrontations.
CLEAR THE AIR
In every situation, everyone sees things differently and wants to do things their way. And it's normal for people to believe they are right, which leads to disagreements. Problems are never fun — but they can help you to have a good discussion and you can work things out. Clearing the air is the chance for you to talk out your problems with that person(s) that you may have problems with. It helps to solve problems and to take control of the situation quickly and easily, and stop them from getting out of control, or even violent.
YOU HAVE THE CONTROL
If sparks do start to fly, you have the power to put out the fire. The next time you have an issue on your hands, don't explode or let someone walk all over you. Instead, convince them to talk about it and breathe calmly, nothing will be achieved if both of you are angry. If it isn't the time to talk then take your space and just wait it out and come back at another time.
